Orders & Payments
Because our orders process very quickly once submitted, we are unable to change your address or shipping method or modify or cancel an order that you have already placed.
However, returning your purchase is easy. For additional information, please email us royce@qitreasures.com.
An order may be flagged as fraud or need additional verification on our end due to a number of factors. These can include issues with payment, discrepancies between the location where the order was placed and the shipping address, or other irregularities that raise security concerns. To ensure the safety and legitimacy of your purchase, we may reach out to you for additional identification or payment verification. This step is to confirm that you indeed placed the order and to protect you from potential fraud. If this happens with your order, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.
As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to inform you about the sales tax applicable to your purchases. Sales tax is a government-imposed levy on the sale of goods and services, which we are required to collect and remit on your behalf.
The rate of sales tax varies by region, and we are obligated to collect it in certain states where we have a business presence or where economic nexus is established. For the items you're purchasing, the sales tax rate is [insert rate]%, and it will be calculated based on the destination of your shipment.
Please note that the price you see includes the sales tax, ensuring there are no surprises at checkout. We take our responsibility to comply with tax regulations seriously, and we are committed to providing you with accurate and straightforward information.
We recommend for all international orders that you use the Paypal option to process international credit cards. You don't need a Paypal account to use that option! Just choose the Paypal option, and then enter your credit card number.
Shipping & Delivery
For international orders, shipping costs depend on destination, items shipped, and desired delivery speed. Standard shipping fees are included in our product prices. However, for special or heavy items requiring faster shipping, additional charges may apply and will be indicated at checkout.
Free Shipping Offer: Orders over $50 USD (or £45 GBP) qualify for free standard shipping. Expedited shipping options may be available at a discounted rate.
You'll also have the option to choose expedited shipping if eligible, with availability based on your location and order timing. Customs duties are your responsibility and determined at package pickup.

💡 Please note: The estimated delivery time includes the shipping time plus an additional 1-2 business days for order processing. This ensures that your order is carefully prepared before shipment.
For certain special products, production begins after payment confirmation, which may extend the processing time. However, such products will be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.
Once the package has been picked up and transferred to the shipping provider, QITREASURES is no longer responsible for other delays that may occur.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We recommend following your tracking closely to stay informed regarding the whereabouts of your order. If you are on a deadline or a strict timeline, we highly recommend looking into expedited shipping options, as even if you live locally, there are significant delays with ground shipping.
📦 When you receive your shipping notification email, you may notice that the tracking status shows "Label Created" and the carrier as "Awaiting Item." This means your order has already been handed over to the carrier, but tracking updates may take some time.
🚚 Please note that our standard shipping time is as follows:
- United States: Standard (6-12 business days), Express (5-8 business days)
- United Kingdom: Standard (6-10 business days), Express (3-5 business days)
📌 In addition to shipping time, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. If your tracking does not update within 10-14 business days after shipping, feel free to contact us.

If your package was returned to sender, there was likely an issue with your shipping address that made your order undeliverable and your package will be returned to our warehouse.
You have 30 days (from the date the package is returned to us) to contact us and claim back the items. After 30 days, the items will be put back into stock.
For all international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on your destination, the weight of the package, and your selected shipping speed. International shipments require the customer to claim their package at the nearest customs facility. You will be responsible for paying any duty fees, which will be determined upon pickup of your order.
🚚 Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for international shipments to arrive, depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout. We do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible!
📦 However, once your package leaves the QITREASURES headquarters, we have no control over the exact delivery time.

Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your qi energy! See below for details on our return policy.
Do you offer returns?
We understand that shopping decisions sometimes require time to consider, so we offer a flexible return policy. However, please note the following points:
- Sale Items and Final Sale: All items marked as sale or "final sale" are non-returnable. This information will be clearly indicated at the bottom of the product page.
- Return Timeframe: Generally, we accept return requests within 14 days from the date the package is delivered. If there are special instructions on the product page details or if the item was purchased during a sale/promotion period, different return policies may apply.
- Personal Items: For personal items such as necklaces and bracelets, we cannot accept returns if the original packaging has been opened and it affects resale. The hygiene and integrity of these products are very important for other buyers.
- Custom Items: All custom items are non-returnable due to their unique and personalized nature.
- Digital Products: Digital products, including software and digital content, are non-returnable once delivered, as their value lies in immediate use and access.
We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase and to check your items promptly upon receipt to ensure satisfaction. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact our customer service team. Our goal is to ensure that every customer has a satisfying shopping experience.
How do I start the return process?
To request a return:
- Head to our website and log into your account.
- Navigate to the order you wish to return and click on it.
- In the upper right-hand corner, there will be a “Request Return” button.
- Click on the button and fill out the questions that follow.
- Once you finish, our customer service team will review your request and either approve or deny it.
- If your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a shipping label to send back your merchandise to our warehouse.
When do I need to ship the merchandise back to QITREASURES?
The merchandise must be shipped back to us within the aforementioned 14-day window of receiving your package, once your return has been approved.
Are shipping charges refundable?
No, they are not.
Is there a restocking fee?
Orders will incur a 10% restocking fee.
If there is a problem with your item, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to correct it in a timely manner.
We recommended that you send the merchandise back in a padded box and that you insure the package. If the merchandise is lost or stolen in the mail, it is not the responsibility of QITREASURES to replace it.
Please follow the instructions emailed to you once your return is accepted.
Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.
If your jewelry breaks within 7 days of purchase, QITREASURES will honor a one-time replacement of that piece (or one of equivalent value if the item is out of stock) due to a production defect.
Please email a photo of your piece to royce@qitreasures.com within that time period. Then, we will send you an entirely new piece. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for your replacement piece to ship out.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. To ensure the issue is handled efficiently, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery, especially for valuable items. This will help us better understand the condition of the product upon receipt and facilitate a smoother resolution. All damage claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving your product, along with clear photos or video evidence and your order number.
Once we receive your return, and it has been processed, we will refund your original method of purchase. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility to process - they are logged into our system every Thursday.
Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
